The first session (Mon) of the working group looked at exploring new calculus features in 4.o

  1. Ways that integration and differentiation is better
  2. Implicit Curves 
  3. Functions of two variable
  4. Slope fields possible
  5. SolveODE

 

The second session (Tues) focussed on new features in statistics that are available from the spreadsheet

 

The third session (Wed am) looked at creating slope fields and looked at wish lists for statistics

 

The fourth and fifth sessions (Wed pm) looked at uses of two graphics views, ggb scripting, use of pen tool.  We also talked more about wishes and issues with further development.  Sample files SlopeFields2.ggb and ZoomView.ggb.
